Summary:
Manage and maintain entire facility and all associated equipment.
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all aspects of molding machines from AC/DC, low voltage circuitry to 480v, hydraulics, motors, pumps, PLCs, pneumatics, and various control systems.
Maintain robots and associated automation components.
Assemble, disassemble, and convert/upgrade production lines or support equipment as required.
Perform preventive maintenance on molding machines and related support equipment.
Complete all maintenance work order repairs as assigned.
Maintain inspections of fire protection system, production and facilities equipment.
Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
Maintain all cooling systems for facility.
Job Requirements:
Good attitude is a must! We all sweep the floor here!
Must have at least 3 years experience working in plastic injection molding facility.
Must have at least 3 years working knowledge of hydraulics, PLCs, pneumatics, mechanics and strong knowledge of electrical repair.
Ability to read and interpret documents and blue print drawings.
Must be able to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Must have strong maintenance troubleshooting skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Ability to complete assignments with limited supervision.
Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
Provide after hours support to production.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
