Your Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who will engage with both customers and property managers.
The role requires you to understand the needs of both the buyer and the seller.
You will be the liaison between buyers and property owners.
You will be responsible for creating an incredible experience for both buyers and property owners.

Essential Duties Generate new business with buyers and property owners through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and visits Meet or exceed sales quotas Maintain established relationships with current property owners buyers Set up appointments for prospective buyers at properties Identify needs of current property owners buyers and provide options for sale or rental Develop relationships with prospective buyers through our proprietary system of lead generation campaigns (this includes qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, marketing campaigns, referral programs, etc.
) Respond quickly to client requests/inquiries Handle customer complaints/negotiations Create unique experiences for customers through personalized attention, amazing deals, and a fun work environment Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout their experience with American Woodmark Be a part of our growth team where you can advance your career in sales and marketing Job Type:
