Job Duties:
This role is responsible for administrative functions within the department.
The ideal individual will be able to coordinate and work directly with clients for the various duties listed below.
All custodial paperwork.
Account set up.
Completing new client checklist.
Assisting with leads and contracts.
Online filing to SharePoint site.
Faxing documents.
Preparing meeting booklets and meeting prep.
Preparing all items for mailing.
Sending monthly reports.
Scheduling appointments.
Writing and mailing non-rec letters.
Creating IPS templates and updating custodian/contact information.
Spend a portion of time each week at the front desk, which includes the following responsibilities.
Greet all guests and visitors and notify personnel of guests as required.
Maintain an organized and clean front desk, reception area and meeting rooms.
Answer incoming phone calls and transfer as appropriate.
Assisting Financial Planners and Associates with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field Highly motivated; Strong organizational and prioritization skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Team player with a personality that can work with many people; Professional and customer focused attitude; Reliability and accountability to do the work required; and Industry experience is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
