Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers entering the dealership interested in purchasing new and used vehicles.
Participate in test drives with interested customers and educate on vehicle features.
Work with Sales Manager(s)/GM and Finance Managers to determine trade in value, price negotiation, and financing for vehicle as needed.
Regularly contact customers through database and follow up with potential buyers.
Maintain working knowledge of inventory and manufacturer product.
REQUIREMENTS must have a high school degree (or equivalent) possess a valid driver's license must be at least 21 years of age must be authorized to work in the United States ability to successfully pass a background and MVR previous experience working in an automotive dealership preferred.
