Position Can be based anywhere in the Southeast District of Trench Safety; Georgia, Florida, Alabama As District Manager of Trench Safety at United Rentals, you'll be the leader of a major business enterprise.
You will be responsible for directing the management of multiple locations within an assigned geographic area dedicated to meeting the equipment rental needs of the construction industry, industrial and commercial companies.
You will lead the district towards achieving revenue and profitability goals, growth objectives, market share penetration, operational excellence and employee satisfaction.

Additional duties include the following:
In conjunction with the Regional Vice President, establish financial goals for all branches within the district Direct the planning and implementation of budgets at the branch level, provide guidance and input to Branch Managers Coordinate and oversee district sales efforts and business initiatives, provide coaching and guidance to branch management and Outside Sales Reps Partner with region finance team to evaluate and interpret results in all KPI areas, develop recommendations for corrective actions Collaborate with Region Fleet Director to improve fleet optimization, participate/provide input on auctions, trade packages, etc.
Collaborate with Branch Managers and Regional Sales team to evaluate market trends, key accounts/customers, business conditions and competitive practices Collaborate with the Region Safety Manager to ensure the support of prescribed safety programs, including audits, safety training, OSHA compliance, and DOT regulations Ensure business operations are in accordance with Company Policy and Procedure Bulletins Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience Minimum 7-10 years progressive management experience, with oversight of multiple units with P&L responsibility Significant sales and customer service experience Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry is preferred Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Superior leadership, customer service, presentation, analytical and verbal/written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on negotiating, collaborating and conflict resolution Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures.

Collaborer avec les directeurs de succursale et l' quipe commerciale r gionale pour valuer les tendances du march , les comptes/clients cl s, les conditions commerciales et les pratiques concurrentielles Collaborer avec le/la responsable r gional(e) de la s curit afin d'appuyer les programmes de s curit r glementaires, notamment les audits, les formations de s curit , la conformit OSHA et la r glementation du DOT S'assurer que les op rations commerciales sont conformes aux bulletins sur les politiques et proc dures de l'entreprise Exigences du poste :
Baccalaur at ou combinaison quivalente d'exp rience de travail Minimum 7 10 ans d'exp rience en gestion progressive, avec supervision des profits et des pertes de plusieurs unit s, et responsabilit en la mati re Exp rience significative en vente et en service la client le Connaissance et exp rience dans le secteur de la location d' quipement sont privil gi es Excellentes aptitudes informatiques avec exp rience avec Microsoft Office Sens de leadership, service la client le, pr sentation et comp tences en mati re d'analyse et en communication verbale et crite Solides comp tences interpersonnelles en mettant l'accent sur la n gociation, la collaboration et la r solution de conflits Permis de conduire en cours de validit et dossier de conduite acceptable Ce poste est consid r comme un poste critique en mati re de s curit aux fins des politiques et proc dures de United Rentals.
