In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our Child and Adolescent Residential Group Home program.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
Completing monthly schedules, performance reviews, payroll processing and provide training and coaching for new leadership staff.
Ensuring program compliance in accordance to current behaviors and acuity levels within the Cottages Identifying and assisting with staffing needs and develop individualized staff development programs.
Ensuring appropriate documentation of client progress, incident fact sheets, and the utilization of safety plans.
Ensuring that program activities/outlings/Academic supports are scheduled and completed.
Hours will vary with flexibility, but will mainly be:
11am - 7pm; on-call and rotating weekends required.

Education:
Minimum of high school diploma.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years' experience administering support services in a hospital or residential setting requiring 24/7 coverage.
Must be efficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
Requires knowledge of client treatment needs, State of Georgia regulatory requirements, as well as other licensing requirements in order to make appropriate decisions affecting the milieu environment and ratio determination.
Must be extremely organized, able to work with minimum supervision, and demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must consistently apply HR policy in a fair and equitable manner, particularly with regard to staff requests for non-medical related leaves, including use of TOB benefit time.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; strong leadership, development and multi-tasking skills required.
Strong technical skills and comfortable utilizing in-house computer applications for documenting and reporting purposes.
Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:
30am to 5:
30pm daily (lunch is included).
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate's understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
