Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage various projects within the office - Proofread documents and ensure accuracy of information - Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork - Plan and coordinate office events and meetings - Provide administrative support to staff members - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment with potential for growth.
