We are a regional provider of design, environmental graphics, architectural signage and installation services throughout the Southeast.
Our comprehensive manufacturing and print production services include a the most advanced technology and finishing processes along with professional installation and fulfillment services to compliment the most advanced marketing and communication program needs.
Parallax works with fortune 500 companies as well as corporate facilities managers, branding, marketing professionals and national accounts throughout the U.

We Are Looking for an Office Manager to support our administrative and accounting functions.
The candidate must be organized and efficient.
It is essential that the candidate be punctual, responsible, and take their work seriously.
Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administration of Office supplies, personnel needs, and reporting Handle Account Payable invoices and payments Reconcile banking and other asset and liability accounts Produce reports from Production System with Excel for financial metrics Use Quickbooks for reporting quarterly and annually for taxes Filing of licenses and permits with government agencies Handle Executive Administrative support Required Skills:
Must be experienced with Quickbooks Desktop Pro Must be familiar of intermediate use of Microsoft Excel Multitasking and work prioritization Excellent communication and organizational skills Other Requirements:
Applicant must live in the vicinity of Kennesaw, GA within a thirty-minute driving distance Applicant must have Reliable transportation Drug Free work environment Full Time position, Mon - Fri, 40 hours
