Will Train!!! Primary responsibility is administrative tasks prior to a real estate closing - taxes, payoffs, data entry, and sending/requesting/uploading documents.
Job Details:
1-2 years of office experience Basic computer and phone skills Ability to use basic Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word Must have a professional demeanor, friendly, good customer service skills Fast learner, trainable Experience as a pre-closer is a PLUS, experience with SoftPro Real Estate Closing & Title Software, or other related software is a PLUS - will train Monday-Friday 9 AM-5 PM $15/hr - Temp to Perm 128 hours PTO/year (accrued), 401K, Healthcare ($265/month paid by employer), Dental, Vision.
