They are looking for an HR Manager to join their team onsite in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Your new role Reporting to the President, you will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department within the plant facility of 150 employees.
Alongside, you will be responsible for hourly and salary payroll processing and enforcing company policies and practices.
What you'll need to succeed 8
years of HR Management experience across all department functions (preferably within a Plant/Facility environment) Ideally, you will have come from the construction industry, or similar.
Experienced with processing payroll for both hourly and salary workers.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
