The desired candidate is a self-driven individual with an appetite for knowledge and excellent communication skill.
The ideal candidate will have open availability between 8:
30 AM - 7:
00 PM Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities Entry level position that can lead to career opportunities Answer phones in a positive, professional manner and take detailed messages Follow up with customers about order status Provide customers with tracking numbers Keep files organized as needed Restock office supplies as needed and track and order supplies as needed when running low Keep Coffee and Break room area clean, restocked, and organized Occasional Data Entry as needed Coordinate and schedule necessary appointments and meetings Occasional lunch coordination as needed Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate's degree preferred At least 1 year relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or customer service role Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Excellent ability to prioritize Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Must be positive, friendly, helpful, dependable and solution driven Job Type:
