Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Management:
Take charge of all phases of commercial drywall projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. - Resource Coordination:
Efficiently manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives and exceed client expectations. - Stakeholder Collaboration:
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, facilitating smooth communication and project success. - Quality Assurance:

Requirements:
- Seasoned
Experience:
Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in Commercial Drywall project management. - Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise in On Center Software, Quick Bid, and OST (or Winbid) software. - Specialized Knowledge:
Extensive background in Load and Non-Load Bearing Metal Framing is a must. - Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with adept negotiation abilities.
