We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services - Assist with reservations and cancellations - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable
Qualifications:
