Server
Responsibilities:
Service of food and/or beverage including the order-taking and clearing of any food and/or beverage items Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness Takes the order and inputs the order into a Point of Sale computer or Hand-held device to inform the kitchen of the particulars of the order Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the meal service Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods and work at a quick pace Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays High School graduate or equivalent preferred Prefer a minimum of 3-5 years of previous serving experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
