We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Assist with event planning and coordination - Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide administrative support to various departments as required - Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a spa or service based setting is preferred - Proficient in computerized systems for appointment scheduling, data entry, and order management - Attention to detail - Experience in event planning and calendar management is a plus - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines efficiently - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
