Title: Project Coordinator
Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting all positions within the assigned market in the successful coordination of projects. This position is responsible for coordinating multiple responses within a given area, which includes assimilating and compiling information from estimators, Environmental Operations and Business Development then forwarding it to the Project Manager and/or customer for distribution. This position must work closely with Customers, Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Business Development, Environmental Operations, Logistics and Customer Relations. In many cases this individual represents the first experience a customer has with EPIC and is held responsible for promoting a ?world-class? image of professionalism. This position is compensated on a hourly basis. This position is Nonexempt (over time is allowed)
Skills/Abilities

Several years of experience working in a construction or similar environment providing administrative support to several individuals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to work with Apple and PC?s
Able to handle large volume of work

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
