PMO Business Analyst - Information Systems

Facilitate Systems related projects from original concept to completion and create and advise on project plans varying from simple to complex;
Coordinate with project sponsors at the executive and management level as well as development staff to specify components for IS (Information Systems) projects in great detail from start to finish;
Create and track documentation for each project according to standards and templates to implement the Project Management Office (PMO) standards;
Oversee requirements and specifications and finalize documents and work with company project sponsors to approve requirement specifications
Maintain proper documentation of internal and external verbal and written communications;
Create a feasibility study and impact study for every project and manage the communication process on each project;
Research and gather information related with each project based on existing system knowledge base by working directly with management on general system business operations;
With a sense of urgency Formulate and interpret situations or problems, exercising professional judgment to find best resolution and collaborative solutions;
Have the ability to manage multiple assignments of various complexities at one time and understand dependencies between assignments and overall project;
Interface with cross functional groups to communicate and ensure successful project deliverables and manage expectations responsibly;
Provide project support to users and developers and work with the development team to provide clarifications on requirements throughout the development life cycle;
Present project progress to senior management for approval and recommendations;
Create, maintain and follow up with the versioning of detailed application design specifications:
Coordinate and manage functional, user acceptance and system testing
Design System Flow, Logic and Security
Make revisions and updates to system specifications as needed
Keep track of future revisions to be made
Test the system thoroughly
Other duties may be assigned.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
