We are currently seeking a Process Mechanical Engineer for our Kennesaw, GA office. As a member of a multi-disciplined engineering team, this resource will function in a hands-on role providing technical skills on multiple projects. Candidates should have a minimum of ten years of experience in industrial engineering project execution and a strong working knowledge of manufacturing and process plant environments. BSME or related degree required.
Process/Mechanical Engineer
Capabilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Read and create and P&ID's drawings
Detailed Process Piping Design
Complete pump sizing and pipe sizing
Experience with PSM facilities
Experience with:
Spray dryers
Tanks
Chemical processes
Ultra Filtration
RO/UV Light systems
CIP or SIP Systems
FDA or EPA Guidelines
Clean Rooms
Boilers and Chillers
Air compressors and HVAC systems
Instrumentation
Valves
Welding
Engineering and design of the following systems is strong plus:
PMO milk processors/aseptic high acid processors
Clean-in-place CIP systems
Mix-proof valve manifolds
Blending/mix/ and continuous blenders
Carbonated soft drinks
Isotonic beverages
Orange juice and/or milk
Some field work is required. It could involve climbing ladders, climbing onto platforms, crawling around in machinery and walking for extended periods of time.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
