Formulate and apply operation optimizing methods, such as mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and mathematical optimization, to develop and interpret information from software solutions such as Dealertrack and RouteOnes web platform to assist management with decision making regarding viable customer profiles, value of collaterals, and provide feedback to update the underwriting guidelines. Use DealPack ERP software to generate and analyze reports such as static pool analysis, repo loss severity, net charge-offs, and portfolio performance to identify possible problems and to recommend solutions to maximize profitability and minimize portfolio risk. Develop operation cost reports identifying relevant KPIs for monthly follow up and control. Collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of operational problems, using SWOT analysis for portfolio management and collateral evaluation. Elaborate projections of cash flow needs to plan resources for working capital and contract purchasing.
