Customer Service Representative


Location: Kennesaw, GA
Job Description: The Customer Service Rep contributes to Regency by taking care of customer requests including orders, returns, claims, quotes and product or service questions. This employee would initiate product sourcing, account set-up, account maintenance, and custom catalogue management. Other responsibilities include:

Process inbound/outbound customer calls using proper telephone etiquette and a personal/conversational approach
consistently providing levels of service, which ensure TRU needs of the customer are met - Task, Respect, Uniqueness (TRU).
Stay informed of all National Account Rules, ensuring orders are in compliance with those rules.
Process orders with accuracy and efficiency
Utilize provided tools and acquired product knowledge to quickly and accurately identify desired product.
Quickly and accurately translate product part numbers from one brand to another, maximizing profit margin potential while properly gauging customer requirements.
Consistently suggest value added services, alternate products, and full case pack quantities while processing customer orders.
Provide administrative assistance to Account Managers - e.g. product guide creation, NAED projects, order/quote entry, RMA entry, etc. etc.


Position Requirements: A great candidate would have at least 2 years of customer service experience in office or call center handling client requests via high volume phone calls and emails, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Must be a problem solver, organized, and have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Must have great phone etiquette, and have clear and friendly communication.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
