You would have full access to the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and sunroom. I am a friendly and responsible person who enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking. I am looking for someone who is also tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. Non-smoker, no drugs, no pets please. As a roommate, I would expect you to help keep the common areas clean and to pay your rent on time. The big room monthly rent is $930, and the small room is $830 which includes all utilities and high-speed internet. There's no application fee or other fees. Move in date is ASAP.
